Most owners’ and some management committees think that the most important task of a property management company is cleaning and maintaining the functionality of the services and appearance of the development.
This in itself is, extremely important, but what runs at the same parallel of importance is the collection of communal service charges.
For developments to run smoothly, efficiently, safely and fairly, developments needs to be fully compliant with relevant joint ownership laws or the collection of communal service charges and other required funding will be seriously hindered.
